Based on two photos from flickr.com and padmeswardrobe.com; background texture photo from sxc.hu; texture brushes from all over the place, I can't remember exactly what but if you see yours tell me so I can credit you; freckle (stars) brush from aethereality.net; fonts are Nal-Huttese and Mandalorian from erikstormtrooper.com.
This is dedicated to my friend Anna, since she likes it so much.
This started out as a quick sketch that turned into a full-blown drawing after Anna got excited over it. The metal and lips took forever to do, but I think it turned out pretty good in the end. I had a hard time deciding what to put on the metal; the original picture had opals or something, but that was a lot of trouble so I just did text. Thank god for Photoshop And I know the background is lame, but there wasn't much else to do with it and after spending about 12 hours on this I don't want to do any more. The title is because it's a kid that looks like the Statue of Liberty, ergo she's the statue's kid from the future, when they have cool fonts.
Very nice, there is something captivating about her! I think it could use some finishing touches, the face and hair is still very rough (but I don't know...maybe the rough-look suits the overall piece). But it still is a BEAUTIFUL piece! Well done!

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
